It is the responsibility of the account holder to notify the City when they have moved or wish to make any changes to the utility account. The water meter will be read within 1 business day of your requested closing date or receipt of your request, whichever is later. A final bill will be prepared based on the closing date and will be prorated from the last month's service through the closing date. To discontinue utility services the account holder must complete and submit the Move-Out form. The form can be submitted by visiting the City of Manteca Finance Department located at 1001 W Center St Suite D, by email to utilitystart@manteca.gov or by fax to (209) 923-8930.
